    Filling Station Coffee and Bistro Has Filed For a Renton Location

    According to a recent permit filing, Filling Station Coffee and Bistro has filed for a Renton location at 1302 N 30th Street.

    A representative of Filling Station Coffee and Bistro was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.

    While an official opening date and what Filling Station Coffee and Bistro plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit, Filling Station was filed for under Jaajp LLC.

    Washington Company Search states Jaajp LLC was incorporated on April 8th, 2024. Three people are listed on the business and permit filing. Those three people are John Yun, Ronald Lewis, and Daniel Ray.

    The search states that John is behind three other LLCs alongside Jaajp LLC in Washington. Ronald is stated to be behind two other active LLCs, and Daniel has four other active LLCs.

    When it comes to the property itself, according to Loop Net , the property was built in 1960 and is approximately 1,000 square feet. It consists of one story and resides in the Kennydale area.

    The listing describes the property as a “Free standing building on a huge lot accommodating 25+ cars for parking. Located in popular Kennydale only one block from busy I-405 at exit 6. Corner lot with 147 feet of frontage on busy North 30th Street.”
