Ohio judges deny appeal of Trumbull County man convicted of felonious assault
Ohio’s 11th District Court of Appeals affirmed the conviction and prison sentence for a Champion man who was convicted of two first-degree felonious assault charges. Randy Pence, age 41, of Champion Township, was sentenced in November 2023 by Judge Ronald J. Rice to an indefinite six- to nine-year prison term for his conviction of two counts felonious assault, first-degree felonies.
