Arrest made in early morning South Lake Tahoe shooting
SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, California (KOLO) - 7:30 p.m. update: South Lake Tahoe police say a man is in custody in connection with Tuesday morning’s shooting. When officers responded to Eloise Avenue, they report finding 28-year-old Christopher Guzman of South Lake Tahoe nearby.
