NEW ORLEANS — The New Orleans Police Department is searching for three persons of interest in connection with a homicide in Bywater last Wednesday morning. NOPD says Jasmine Hiatt, 23, Nicole Galvis, 34, and Trey Thompson, 31, are all person of interest in the case and are needed for questioning.
