I am sure it has changed their profits but they need to look at the service they provide. Personally I have stopped buying from both Jack in the box and del taco because every time I go they always forget something in the order especially if it's a big order. So the service is also a concern. If I am buying 60/70 dollars worth of food I would like my order to be correct.

What I didn't read was how much was the increase in costs for labor due to the recent raise to a $20/hrs. They danced around that. Also, how many outlets do they have outside of California?They made it sound like it was more about what's going on in California but didn't say this article was only about California. It was about Del Taco and Jack in the Box as a company,.
