WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Boeing said late on Thursday it filed an unfair labor practice charge with the National Labor Relations Board against the union that represents about 33,000 striking U.S. West Coast factory workers.

The planemaker said the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers unit representing the workers had failed to bargain in good faith during the four-week work stoppage.

Boeing said the union had engaged in a "pattern of bad faith bargaining, and of issuing misinformation to its members about the status of negotiations."

Same Boeing that keeps walking out of negociations? Walked away from the federal mediator after 5 minutes. By passed the Union bagaining team and federal mediators and released an offer to the media. Same company that leveraged shit contracts in 2011 and 2014 against the workers. Same company that has given only 1% raises for the past 10 years. Last raise was 1% 3 years ago. Boeing took the pensions from its workers.in 2014, the most year to date profits in company history. Medical costs increased dramatically, benefits dwindled. The company said it needed the capital through these cost cutting measures to invest in the company and recapture market shares. They put that money directly into thier pockets instead. They also cut the number of inspections and cut the number of inspectors. They put that money in thier pockets also.
