Search underway for missing woman last seen in water at Revere Beach

Authorities have launched a massive search for a missing woman last seen in the water at Revere Beach on Thursday morning.

The woman, who is said to be in her 40s, was last seen in the water near the Shirley Avenue Bathhouse.

Massachusetts State Police, Massachusetts Environmental Police, the United States Coast Guard, and the Revere police and fire departments are all assisting as the search unfolds in the water and from the air, a law enforcement official told Boston 25.
