If you are looking for either a getaway for your family for a few weeks out of the year or maybe business brings you down here to Florida and the Orlando area in particular or you are a comic-pop culture fan. Then this might just be for you. Instead of having to navigate all those Hotel-resort sites and try to figure out if you are getting the best deal and wonder if you have to reschedule your dates …will you get a refund if any will be full. I have been there- done that. And it’s not a pretty site and is it stressful you bet. I have been in situations where I have only gotten a small portion back.

And what about the entertainment industry. This right in the heart of Disney and Universal’s film hub for central Florida. But operate backlot operations. In fact, the Swamp Thing series from back in the ’90s was filmed partially on the Universal lot right here in Orlando. And not too far away Silver Springs is where The Creature of the Black Lagoon and the MGM Tarzan films were produced.

Here is an opportunity to own a “time share” … get a deeded piece of property and be able to schedule your time well in advance and shuffle those allotted times. Master bedrooms with shower and more… balconies that wrap for access from the master bedroom a plus or at times maybe private. Full on kitchens, washers and dryers…. some units have an upstairs with a spiral stair way leading up. Foldout sofas, rooms with king, queen and doubles. The one for sale here is a 5 bedroom.

The five bedrooms can even be broken up. for your vacation stays which depends on your needs. One week or how many ever days you need maybe it is just you and a guest-spouse...etc. No matter the combination and the amount of room and in regard to the sleeping is exactly how you can schedule what type or how many bedrooms needed at the time up to in this case five rooms you have access to. Every stay whether one, two, three…four, five. I think you get it provides a full kitchen and sometimes more than one. Plenty of places to stock up if you're going to be cooking meals to save time or money or both.

***Ship Wreck Island is the water park offered as well as several pools scattered through out the resort. Certain towers also provide spectaular views that give one the ability to experience fireworks from Disney theme parks. *Just ask when your setting up your stay.

Westgate Town Center has its own water park complete with a lazy river and a pirate theme. Hours and hours of fun. Tennis and basketball courts. Several choices for food & eats, along with its very own movie theater (* on a hot day not a bad way to cool off).

And I say- think business. Are you an owner of one or are you in the event planning department -having a place already on the books that you are able to schedule personnel for conventions and training is a plus.

The great thing is that no matter the reason for the investment you as an owner get your own page within the Westgate realm that helps you do all the planning and the marketing. Yes, I said marketing because while you are not there or are you can also be receiving income by offering and sharing your very own codes that allow others to stay at Westgate Resort areas as well and they get the discounts, and you get renumerated for it. It even become a lucrative form of income. Best it’s all at your fingertips and never have to call and wait on the phone to reach someone.

Another perk being able to rent out vacation packages as well. Tere packages during the year that are also available for you to either use for yourself or rent them out through Westgate Resorts. Again, you receive income for that.

This particular unit is at the Westgate Town Center in Kissimmee, FL. However, you are able to schedule your week/weeks at any of their resorts. This is just your home base location. However, it is one of the closets to Disney and all their theme parks. So close, that you can see the nightly fireworks, after you schedule your stay just call with your owner code and ask an agent.

Remember this is Orlando and as such is not just about Disney but there other theme parks including Universal Studios and Sea World. Shopping if that is what drives you… two outlet malls that feature eateries, Disney outlet stores and more….
