LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — The Elizabethtown Police Department is responding to local inquiries about the potential activity of drug cartels in the area. Police say that further information would compromise active investigations into the these criminal organization. The department states that the Elizabethtown Borough is not at risk.
