It's always a bummer to hear about a local business shutting their doors. I grew up in Newburgh, and it always astounds me how much downtown Newburgh has grown and flourished over the years. Now it's filled with unique shops, boutiques, restaurants, and more. It's such a charming little downtown area. For the past 14 years one little boutique has been a popular place to shop, but unfortunately, they announced they will be shutting their doors.

The incident occurred in Orange County on Wednesday, July 24, around 11 p.m. in the area of Third Street and City Terrace in the city of Newburgh.
