The event is scheduled for Sunday, January 28th, from 5pm to 7pm at The WaterFire Arts Center, located at 475 Valley St, Providence, RI. This beginner-friendly session is designed for individuals aged 8 and older, offering a hands-on experience in the art of monotype printing using gelatin plates.

Under the guidance of instructor Sky Tanner, participants will learn the ins and outs of Gelli Printing, a painterly printmaking process that allows for the creation of one-off prints. The workshop promises an environment where "no mistakes can happen," encouraging a free-flowing, expressive approach to art. Attendees can expect to leave the class with 2-5 of their own unique prints, crafted at their own pace.
