Cameron's Lucas selected to play in WBCA All-Star Game

Cameron senior Tyson Lucas was selected to play in the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association All-Star Game.

Lucas averaged 19.5 points per game this past season, shooting 47% from the field and 38% from distance. He also added 3.3 assists, 2.9 blocks and 1.8 steals per game.

Lucas will graduate as the all-time career scorer for Cameron boys basketball, finishing his career with 1,560 points. He was a two-time WBCA All-State selection and was the Heart O' North Conference Player of the Year this past season.

Also selected for the WBCA All-Star game for Division 5 is Bruce's Ryan Popowich. Among the girls Division 5 selections are New Auburn's Morgan Berg, Prairie Farm's Paige Richards and Turtle Lake's MacKenzie Tarman.

The girls games are June 26 and the boys games June 27, both at Justagame Fieldhouse in Wisconsin Dells.
