WESTconsin Credit Union announces that the new Rice Lake office is now open and invites the public to its Grand Opening Celebration July 15–20 to commemorate the occasion. Located at 21 E Burton St., this is the first WESTconsin office in Rice Lake, a testament to the credit union’s commitment to serving the needs of members and communities. The new space has been serving members since late June, helping with everyday transactions, as well as investment, business and realty services.

Members and community members are encouraged to visit the office throughout the week to enter for a chance to win a variety of prizes, including a family pack of four passes to Nickelodeon Universe in the Mall of America, as well as a Fire Pit Package with a fire pit, gift certificate to a local meat market, goodies for s’mores, and WESTconsin swag. The public is also invited to a ribbon cutting with the Rice Lake Chamber of Commerce, which will take place on Thursday, July 18, at 2 p.m. to commemorate the occasion.

WESTconsin Credit Union has been serving members since 1939, and membership is open to anyone who lives or works in the Wisconsin counties of Barron, Buffalo, Burnett, Chippewa, Clark, Dunn, Eau Claire, Jackson, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, Rusk, St. Croix, Sawyer, Taylor, Trempealeau, and Washburn, or the Minnesota counties of Anoka, Chisago, Dakota, Goodhue, Hennepin, Isanti, Pine, Ramsey, Scott, Wabasha and Washington, with a $5 minimum deposit in a Membership Savings Account. Credit unions are financial institutions owned by their accountholders, and member funds are federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) up to at least $250,000.
