HAZARD, Ky. (WYMT) - Get ready for another round of shower and thunderstorm activity. But, there are signs the pattern will be changing heading into next week. Some of us are waking up to a few showers while some of us are waking up to some areas of fog. No matter how you slice it, we’ll all see partly sunny skies today. It’ll continue to feel muggy. Look for showers and scattered thunderstorms with the potential for 1 or 2 of the cells to be on the stronger side. The main concern today is the additional heavy rainfall. A Fake Buc-ee’s Billboard in Kentucky is Causing Some Serious Uproar
This particular story isn't Texas related but does involve a Texas favorite, Buc-ee's. This is also a relatable thing for myself being in the radio, and marketing, industry. This story has to do with a Reddit post about a Buc-ee's billboard placed along Interstate 75 in Kentucky. It shows a Buc-ee's billboard on the bottom with another billboard on top that's advertising a gun range. It's what the Buc-ee's billboard says that has caused an uproar online. I decided to investigate.

Mitsubishi Electric invests $143.5 million on heat pump compressor manufacturing plant in Kentucky
Mitsubishi Electric US (MEUS) has announced plans to expand manufacturing in Maysville, Kentucky. The company will invest $143.5 million to repurpose an existing manufacturing facility, which will be used to manufacture heat pump compressors. This will be the first U.S. factory to produce advanced twin-rotary variable capacity compressors, which are often manufactured in Asia. The project will create 122 new jobs for the surrounding area.
