Barn Total Loss During 2nd Alarm Fire in Harford – 10 Fire Departments Respond; No Animals Inside

Endwell Man Charged After Drugs, Guns Found in Binghamton Apartment
The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force says an Endwell man is charged after search warrants were executed in Binghamton and the Town of Union. According to the Task Force, the first warrant was executed Wednesday at 341 Main Street, Apartment 3RE in Binghamton. A .22-caliber revolver, a 9mm handgun, a high-capacity 9mm magazine, approximately 5.2 ounces of cocaine and crack cocaine, over $5,500 in suspected drug proceeds, and other paraphernalia were all found. An additional search warrant was executed in the Town of Union, where an additional approximate $1,500 in suspected drug proceeds was found.

Mayor Scott Steve and Cortland officials have provided a page of frequently asked questions (FAQ) on the city website as the transition to a two-way Main Street draws closer.
