WAHPETON, N.D. (Valley News Live) - A man is in the Richland County Jail for allegedly making a false report to law enforcement in Richland County. Wahpeton Police, NDSCS Police and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched around 12:45 p.m. on June 17 for a report of shots fired at an apartment at 521 7th Avenue South in Wahpeton.
