A former nursing home administrator fabricated stalking and harassment threats. Richland County Sheriffs say their investigation into the threats made to 38-year-old Shaponda Jimerson began in April. Jimerson is the former administrator of Pine Valley Community Village nursing home in Richland Center. Jimerson turned herself into Richland County Jail Wednesday for charges of perjury and resisting/obstructing an officer.
