Accident with Serious Injuries on Grange Hall
VICKSBURG MS – An accident with serious injuries has occurred on Grange Hall Road near Common Circle. Just before 11 p.m., a single-vehicle accident on Grange Hall Road injured several people, two of them seriously. The vehicle was reported to be in the ditch from persons initially at the scene. While there is no information on the extent of the injuries, two Air Care units are on the way to meet the ambulances at rendezvous locations. One will pick up at the airport and the other from an area hospital.
Jones College gears up for season opener Thursday
ELLISVILLE, Miss. (WDAM) - Jones College kicks off the football festivities in the Pine Belt on Thursday night. The Bobcats host Mississippi Delta at 7 p.m. in Ellisville. “You’re going to see a different team this year,” said Jones College head coach Steve Buckley. “Each year’s different, I’m excited about this team. It’s a great character team.”
