RICHMOND — Jada Howell, a Senior at Richmond Early College, was awarded the SECU Foundation’s People Helping People Scholarship! A Senior at Richmond Early College, Jada is committed to attend the University of North Carolina at Greensboro next year.

An impressive young lady, Jada plans to major in political science before going on to attend law school.
