Inmates complete GED's, prepare to start new lives
AUGUSTA, Ga. (WFXG) - It's the start of a new chapter for dozens of inmates at the Richmond County Correctional Institution following a graduation ceremony, Tuesday morning. It's a big accomplishment for the inmates. Nearly 50 of them were recognized who've completed Augusta Technical College's GED Programs, Forklift Operators, OSHA and ServSafe certificates.
