Gino’s Italian Joint Soon To Open Its New Home

Gino’s Italian Joint is gearing up to open its doors at 304 Morton St, Richmond, TX 77469 , a venture brought to life by Co-Owners Sean and AnnaMaria Paty , along with their culinary graduate son, Gino Paty , the restaurant’s namesake. What started as a CBD brand has transformed into a beloved pizza and Italian eatery, winning over hearts and taste buds across Fort Bend.

In an interview with Sean Paty, he shared how the concept of Gino’s Italian Joint was born. “My first job was making pizza,” Sean reminisced about his culinary roots. This passion led to the concept beginning in 2021 before the opening of their food truck in August 2023, following the unexpected end of their first location’s lease. The food truck quickly became a local favorite, with the dining area operating temporarily within the same complex.

Gino’s Italian Joint is in the midst of an exciting transition. The Paty family is busy renovating their new pizza shop and preparing for a better setup than before to provide their patrons with an even better experience.. In the interim, just a couple of doors down from 304 Morton St, they are operating out of a temporary dining area with the food truck acting as their kitchen. Once the new establishment is ready, the beloved food truck will retire, making way for a more permanent home for their award-winning cuisine.

The accolades for Gino’s Italian Joint are impressive. The restaurant was recently crowned Best Pizza in Fort Bend, and Gino himself was voted Best Chef in Fort Bend, among many other honors. This recognition fuels their aspirations for expansion, as they envision bringing their unique flavors to a broader audience.

Sean manages the front of the house, ensuring every guest feels like family, while Gino and AnnaMaria run the kitchen, crafting each dish with love and expertise. With their new location on the horizon with a slated open for July 2024, the Paty family is excited to welcome the community to experience the warmth and deliciousness of Gino’s Italian Joint.
