First Cup Coffee Is Headed To Richmond With New Location

First Cup Coffee is expanding its reach with a brand-new location at 1458 Minonite Rd, Richmond, TX 77469 . The six co-owners, Matt & Risa Simonette , Chad & Cassie Harper , and Elijah & Autumn Mayo , are thrilled to bring their vision of a welcoming coffee shop to this vibrant community. According to the recently approved permit, the project is estimated to cost $100,000 and will involve significant renovations and alterations to transform the space into a cozy and inviting coffee haven.

The proposed coffee shop will cover 1,500 square feet and promises to be a perfect blend of modern aesthetics and comfortable ambiance. The goal is to create a place where the community can come together to enjoy great coffee, good company, and a warm atmosphere.

First Cup Coffee ‘s new location in Richmond is poised to become a local favorite, offering a wide range of specialty coffees, teas, and delectable treats. With a focus on quality and customer service, the co-owners are committed to making the new cafe Coffee a go-to destination for coffee lovers in the area.

Construction was set to begin in June 2024, with an anticipated completion date of June 2025.
