Dozens of daily lane closures coming to Richmond’s Huguenot area for month of July

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The Huguenot area of Richmond will see dozens of daily lane closures for the month of July to allow for scheduled work.

According to the City of Richmond’s Department of Public Works, a total of 30 areas will see temporary lane closures from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily starting on Friday, July 5, and ending Friday, Aug. 2.

The affected areas are as follows:

• Pittaway Drive from Cherokee Road to Wainfleet Drive
• Roswell Court from Pittaway Drive to Dead End
• Wainfleet Drive from Pittaway Drive to Hastings Drive
• Apache Road from Traylor Drive to Hastings Drive
• Hobby Hill Road from Traylor Drive to Dead End
• Traylor Drive from Cherokee Road to Hobby Hill Road
• Denbigh Drive from Cherokee Road to Traylor Drive
• Margate Drive from Apache Road to Duryea Drive
• Tiffany Circle from Margate Drive to Dead End
• Merrimac Road from Garden Road to Cedar Grove Road
• Oldham Court from Oldham Road to Dead End
• Oldham Road from Garden Road to Cedar Grove Road
• Pondera Road from Garden Road to Cedar Grove Road
• Apache Road from Croatan Road to Cheyenne Road
• Keuka Road from Croatan Road to Dead End
• Apache Court from Apache Road to Dead End
• Apache Place from Apache Road to Dead End
• Cheyenne Road from Cherokee Road to Fernleigh Drive
• Fernleigh Drive to Cheyenne Road to Dead End
• Saratoga Road from Cherokee Road to Dead End
• Yuma Road from Saratoga Road to Cheyenne Road
• Cheyenne Court from Cheyenne Road to Dead End
• Twin Valley Road from Cedar Grove Road to Dead End
• Lochivar Drive from Cedar Grove Road to Cheyenne Road
• Bittersweet Road from Lochivar Drive to Dead End
• Ellsworth Road from Evansway Lane to Dead End
• Greenleaf Lane from Ellsworth Road to Northridge Road

• Hastings Drive from Apache Road to Hobbie Hill Road

According to the department, slurry seal will be installed during work hours.
