    LMR announces new board members, officers

    Leadership Metro Richmond recently announced its new board members and officers for the 2025 fiscal year.

    The slate of officers was ratified during LMR’s annual meeting in June. Jen Kostyniuk, who is the senior director of economic development at Dominion Energy, will serve as chair of the board.

    In addition, Jeff Conley, who serves as the system supplier diversity program advisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, will serve as chair elect. Gabriella Caldwell-Miller, the division director of behavioral health and wellness for the Hanover County Community Services Board, will serve as secretary.

    Lisa Ramirez, who serves as the senior vice president of community impact at the YMCA of Greater Richmond, will serve as treasurer. Rasheeda Creighton, the executive director of the JWC Foundation New Directors, is the immediate past chair.

    Other board members include Kevin Bruny (director and chief learning officer of the Learning & Performance Center at Chesterfield County; Annette Ross (supplier relations manager for Henrico County); Melvin Carter (chief of Richmond Fire and Emergency Services); Bonnie Newman Davis (founder and executive director of The BND Institute of Media and 
Culture, Inc.); and Ryan Rinn (capital projects planner for the Richmond Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities).

    Leadership Metro Richmond is the region’s community leadership development and engagement organization, working to connect community leaders and broaden their knowledge and perspectives on regional issues.
