A Montgomery County man is accused of is facing charges after a domestic incident. Officers responded to a residence in Tribes Hill on Aug. 12 for a report of a physical domestic incident. Dennis A. Church, 36, was charged with criminal mischief and harassment. In addition, he faces a charge of aggravated family offense because he has a prior conviction during the last five years.
