Thunderstorms elevate the fire threat as impending heat wave builds
Thunderstorms will affect parts of our area until around sunset thus increasing the threat of new fire starts. Thursday, any storms will be focused towards Southern parts of the Magic Valley. The accidents happened on US95 with 3 hospitalized in a 2-car crash, 4 hospitalized after a multi-car crash on US20, and 1 taken to the hospital after a 2-vehicle crash on State Highway 44.
