Algood City Council is considering how it wants to handle the replacement of Algood Police Chief Dale Armour. Henry County Medical Center to transfer operations to West Tennessee Healthcare
WEST TENNESSEE HEALTHCARE COMMITTED TO PROVIDING HEALTHCARE SERVICES IN HENRY COUNTY. Jackson, Tennessee (July 30, 2024) – On Tuesday evening, July 30, 2024, the Board of Trustees of West Tennessee Healthcare (WTH) approved a resolution to pursue an innovative integration model with Henry County Medical Center (HCMC) in Paris, Tennessee. The model includes the transfer of operations, a capital lease of HCMC’s real estate, and a commitment to provide certain healthcare services in Henry County. Once the transaction is finalized, the health system will begin operating as West Tennessee Healthcare Henry County (WTHHC).

Man Injured In Eagle Way Crash
A wreck on Eagle Way at the intersection of Cadiz Road sent a man to the hospital Wednesday morning.
