Angling Duo Represent DeKalb At National Event
DeKalb County High School seniors Wesley Kent and Mason Taylor will head to Dayton this week to compete in the Strike King Bassmaster High School National Championship. (RUTHERFORD COUNTY) - A powerful thunderstorm with winds up to 65mph downed trees and disrupted power from Smyrna, into downtown Murfreesboro during the 2pm hour Monday. Also, what the National Weather Service is saying was a possible tornado flipped a tractor trailer on the MTSU campus. They will send survey teams out, working with the Rutherford County Emergency Management Agency this week.
