Head-on crash closes major highway in Wilson County
GALLATIN, Tenn. (WSMV) - Wilson County deputies shut down a major road due to a spill caused by a head-on crash early Monday morning. The Wilson County Sheriff’s Office said two vehicles collided head-on in the 7800 block of Highway 109 around 6:30 a.m. Deputies at the scene reported the crash caused gas and oil to spill onto the roadway, so they closed both northbound lanes for cleanup and the crash investigation.

Angling Duo Represent DeKalb At National Event

(RUTHERFORD COUNTY) - A powerful thunderstorm with winds up to 65mph downed trees and disrupted power from Smyrna, into downtown Murfreesboro during the 2pm hour Monday.
