Community to rally support for local VFW with car and bike show
ASHEVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) — A local Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) post is in dire need of financial support. Car enthusiasts plan to rally this weekend in solidarity. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 27 at the Advance Auto Parts located at 801 Fairview Road in Asheville, motorists and spectators will gather to raise funds for the struggling VFW Post 9157 in Black Mountain.
