    Ingredients

    • A package of unflavored, non-marinated pork tenderloin. There are usually two of them in a package.
    • One quarter cup of soy sauce
    • Three heaping TBSP of honey
    • Three TBSP of olive oil
    • Two TBSP of orange juice
    • Two TBSP of a good-quality dijon mustard
    • 3–4 minced garlic cloves
    • Two teaspoons dried rosemary (or one freshly cut sprig)
    • Fresh pepper

    Directions

    • Preheat oven to 350. Grease a baking sheet or a cookie sheet with non-stick spray, and lay out your tenderloins.
    • Mix everything else for the sauce together in a bowl. Make a few little cuts on top of the tenderloins, and drizzle the sauce on top.
    • Bake for 40 to 50 minutes in a preheated oven, turning the tenderloins every 10 minutes to spread sauce over them. This produces an incredibly delicious glaze that incorporates into the meat.
    • Cook the tenderloins until a meat thermometer placed into the largest part of the flesh reads 145 degrees.
    • Before slicing and serving, take the tenderloins out of the oven and let them rest for ten to fifteen minutes.
    • Cut and drizzle a little sauce over each piece when served.
