(KSWO) - Dogs in the Altus Animal Shelter have been given a second chance to help themselves, and the inmates inside the Oklahoma State Reformatory. “I had second thoughts on it, at first, because of separation anxiety issues when they leave,” said a secondary dog trainer and inmate, Roy Mills. “I’d be afraid I’d get attached and have issues with that, but I haven’t so far.
