Hulk Hogan Claims Bobby Heenan Was Better Wrestler Than Bret Hart, Randy Savage And Ricky Steamboat

In his most bizarre comment yet, Hulk Hogan claims Bobby Heenan was a better wrestler than Bret Hart, Randy Savage and Ricky Steamboat.

For a time, Hulk Hogan was the biggest name associated with pro wrestling. In the decades to follow, fans seem less interested in what the WWE Hall of Famer has to say. Still, whenever given a mic, he usually finds something to say . And, it is not always the brightest remark.

To help promote his new beer line, Hogan was on Barstool Rasslin’ . They asked a ton of questions, with Hogan criticizing Bret Hart. That is nothing new. Although, then he noted how manager Bobby Heenan was a phenomenal wrestler. In fact, according to Hogan, he is better than some of the biggest names to ever grace WWE. “He was better than Bret Hart , Macho Man and Rick Steamboat combined,” said Hogan. “He was better in the ring than anybody I’ve ever seen.”

Hulk Hogan Likes To Distort Reality

Do not get me wrong, Heenan might be the greatest manager ever. Also, his time at the commentary table in WWE and WCW was always a hit. Therefore, Hogan is talking nonsense. Hart is considered one of the best technical wrestlers and biggest stars from the 1990s. Randy Savage and Ricky Steamboat worked in the same era as Hogan. Savage and Steamboat produced some of the best matches ever seen. Their WrestleMania 3 match might be the best in all 40 installments.

Despite the backlash, Hogan remains a member of the WWE family. If a ton of racist comments being made public did not change minds, his comparison of those four legends will do little.
