Alex Pereira vs. Jamahal Hill recap

Pereira displayed the incredible striking skills that have made him a two-division UFC champion. With one simple shot, he floored Hill, handing the former champion just his second career loss. Pereira handled what Hill could throw at him in the first three minutes. From there, he dominated like has countless times before.

Among the elite: When you can claim being a champion in the UFC in multiple weight classes, you have positioned yourself on an elite list of athletes. To also secure a successful title defense now, Pereira has shown his staying power.

The road map: If the logistics can be figured out, competing straightaway at the UFC’s return to Brazil makes sense for Pereira. It just might be difficult to talk Aspinall into taking on such a challenge.
