Man arrested for causing fatal accident in Ritchie County while high
HARRISVILLE, W.Va. (WDTV) - A Charleston man was arrested Tuesday for causing a fatal accident in Ritchie County earlier this year. Adam Foster, 35, was high on fentanyl and methamphetamine when he drove his vehicle left of center and struck two other vehicles head on killing one of the drivers, according to the Ritchie County Sheriff’s Department. The accident occurred on Staunton Turnpike, Route 47, in the Smithville area of Ritchie County on Friday, March 29th at approximately 11:30 a.m.
