Word of mouth originally brought Glenview, Illinois, native Thomas O’Gara ’25 to Minnesota’s largest private university. O’Gara knew some people from the Chicago area who attended the University of St. Thomas, including a cousin, Jacqueline Jung. The draw of the university, as well as the city of St. Paul, made all the difference.
