I Prevail – Credit Union One Amphitheater
Detroit Local band aka I Prevail just came to Credit Union One Amphitheater and burned the house down with their talent! As someone who grew up in Michigan and watched these guys play tiny basement shows to now co-headlining an amphitheater is absolutely huge and shows how much hard work and dedication can really pay off! The band of course would not stop thanking their fans for being the reason they are able to tour and be a band for the last 10 years! They also of coursed talked about the famous cover of Blank Space that went viral and how thankful that their fans who found them because of that cover are still here to this day and supporting them since then! I also loved seeing Lizzy Hale of Halestorm coming out and performing their new song, “Can You See Me In The Dark” live! It was absolutely incredible and honestly sounded just like the recording that I listen to from Spotify! I Prevail of course made jokes about liking different hockey teams and other various sports but at the end of the day, they wouldn’t be here without all the fans! If you can, I highly recommend seeing IPrevail, Halestorm, Hollywood Undead, and Fit For A King on this current summer tour!

Ex-Red Wing with 20-goal potential finally off the market
For a player who has averaged nearly 20 goals in the past two seasons and is only 27, there didn’t seem to be much interest in Daniel Sprong. The leading scorer last season among available free agents finally is off the market after signing a one-year, $975,000 contract with the Vancouver Canucks.
Blue Jays latest trade deadline tryout did not go according to plan
At 44-54, the Toronto Blue Jays entered Sunday's series finale against the Detroit Tigers as clear trade deadline sellers. The only remaining question was how far would Ross Atkins be willing to go?. Would Atkins consider trading players under team control like Vladimir Guerrero Jr., Bo Bichette, and Kevin Gausman?...
Terrion Arnold seeing how serious Detroit Lions are about a Super Bowl
On Saturday, Detroit Lions rookies reported to training camp for the 2024 season. One of the very first things players do upon arrival is perform a conditioning test. If a player fails a conditioning test, they aren’t allowed to practice until they do. This is customary for every NFL team, but for cornerback Terrion Arnold, he learned just how tough these tests are and that the Lions mean business.
Detroit Tigers rookie Wenceel Pérez uses posture adjustment to find line-drive swing
TORONTO — Detroit Tigers outfielder Wenceel Pérez hasn't struggled through a prolonged slump in his rookie season, but that doesn't mean he hasn't been forced to make adjustments along the way to stick around in the big leagues. A mechanical adjustment helped him escape his mini-slump running from...

Jackson Jobe looms as Reese Olson’s injury compounds the Tigers rotation problems
Saturday’s victory over the Toronto Blue Jays continued a very good run for the Detroit Tigers in July. They’re now a game below .500 and just five games out of a wild card spot with 63 games to play. We should be feeling pretty good. Instead, Reese Olson came out of the game after two innings with what is reported as right shoulder soreness. That could be all sorts of issues from minor inflammation to a major injury that ends his season. Either way, it presents a real problem for the organization right now.

The 21-year-old pitched six innings of no-hit ball, posting five strikeouts while throwing 70 pitches, 49 for strikes.
