WAYNE, N.J. — A 16-year-old is accused of shooting two other teenagers Friday night outside a high school football game in Wayne.It happened at Passaic County Technical Institute (PCTI).Witnesses reported hearing at least half a dozen shots echo across the parking lot as the football game against Lenape High School concluded. Beginning Sunday in Hoboken, plastic utensils won't be in delivery bags - unless customers ask for them.The City Council passed the legislation known as 'Skip the Stuff' back in June. It makes it illegal to slip plastic forks or spoons into a takeout bag unless the customer specifically asks for utensils.Hoboken will issue a warning to business that do not comply with the law.
