SUSSEX COUNTY, NJ – A cybersecurity breach a few months ago has left residents vulnerable to identity theft and compromised credit, according to an announcement by the Sparta Police Department. The breach was not limited to Sussex County but affects people globally. Beginning Sunday in Hoboken, plastic utensils won't be in delivery bags - unless customers ask for them.The City Council passed the legislation known as 'Skip the Stuff' back in June. It makes it illegal to slip plastic forks or spoons into a takeout bag unless the customer specifically asks for utensils.Hoboken will issue a warning to business that do not comply with the law.
