Montour County hires new Director of Veterans Affairs
Danville, Pa. — Montour County has a new person in charge of serving veterans in the county. Dale Myers was hired Tuesday. He is a 20-year U.S. Navy veteran and will oversee the department that helps vets access services and get assistance. Montour County Commissioners this week approved the hiring of the new Director of Veterans Affairs and the $26,000 annual salary. He replaces Tim Wright, who recently resigned for personal reasons.
