Set in Tribeca, the duplex penthouse at 81 White Street , listed for $7.5 million with Lance Gillette and Mallory Bogard of Serhant, not only affords owners close proximity to the location of an important pop cultural touchstone but also the neighborhood’s variety of luxe shops and restaurants.
