While the couple’s Beverly Hills marital home is currently up for sale at $68 million, both are moving on to new residences. Affleck doled out $20.5 million for a Cliff May-designed equestrian property in Brentwood and Lopez, who finally sold her Manhattan penthouse that had been on the market since 2017 for $23 million, has been spotted at her $10 million Hamptons estate and seeking a new place in L.A.
