Miami Beach’s soon-to-be-tallest residential tower just unveiled its crowning units.

A pair of sky-high penthouses located atop the Arquitectonica -designed Five Park development have officially hit the market, Robb Report exclusively learned. Dubbed Canopy Penthouse 01 and Canopy Penthouse 02, the show-stopping aeries are listed at $20 million and $19 million, respectively. The two homes have been designed by New York-based studio Meyer Davis , who’s also behind the Mr. C Residences West Palm Beach and The Well Bay Harbor Islands , and each measures over 6,000 square feet with four bedrooms and six bathrooms.

“The Five Park Miami Beach penthouses are a testament to refined elegance and the serene beauty of their surroundings,” the firm wrote in a statement. “Drawing inspiration from the tranquil essence of Miami Beach, the luxurious residences capture the vast expanse of the blue ocean, the shimmering white sands, and the dynamic urban skyline to the west.”

Aside from price and square footage, there aren’t a ton of differences between the condos. Both apartments are decked out with a powder room, home office, media room, and open chef’s kitchens with custom Gabellini Sheppard-designed Italian oak cabinets and Gaggenau appliances.

The idyllic Canopy Penthouse 01—also known as residence #4701—is super bright and airy with floor-to-ceiling south-facing windows that open to a whopping 1,863-square-foot private terrace that overlooks the bay, ocean, and a three-acre park, while Canopy Penthouse 02—or residence #4702—has 1,868 square feet of private outdoor space with north-facing views.

Slated to reach completion by the end of this year, homes at the oval-shaped 48-story tower start at $1.5 million and are available in one- to three-bedroom floor plans. Of course, no new luxury building in Miami would be complete without a roster of perks, and Five Park does not disappoint. The property has an attended lobby, a selection of swimming pools, an indoor/outdoor cafe, on-call housekeeping services, and, for the fitness-focused, a wellness center—think a signature spa, an in-house personal trainer, and your own wellness coach.

Residents will also have access to the Canopy Club, a social club perched on the 26th floor. The 40,000-square-foot space houses its own bar and dining room, complete with a seasonal food and cocktail program. Owners can (and should!) also take full advantage of the Five Park’s private beach club that’s located just down the road and offers loungers and umbrellas along with complimentary sunscreen and bottled water.
