South Florida’s exclusive Bal Harbour enclave is home to some of the most prime pieces of waterfront real estate in Miami, including a newly listed condo at the swanky Oceana Bal Harbour. Asking a whopping $18.5 million , the 4,185-square-foot unit is nestled within the development’s north tower at 10203 Collins Avenue. The residence is being represented by luxury real estate broker and former Bravo TV star Fredrik Eklund of the Eklund Gomes Team, who snapped up a unit of his own in the same building last year after relocating from Los Angeles.

The unit last sold in April 2021 for a cool $6.85 million, according to property records, and has since undergone a dramatic multi-million-dollar gut renovation spearheaded by local interior designer Deborah Wecselman , who, back in 2020, also helped overhaul radio host Tom Joyner’s Miami mansion .

The serene, clean-lined abode features three bedrooms, three full bedrooms, and one half bath, and there’s an additional 1,500 square feet of sprawling outdoor terraces overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Throughout the home, you’ll find custom doors, automated lighting from Lutron, and swaths of polished Italian marble. There’s an eco-smart fireplace in the spacious, high-ceilinged living room, where floor-to-ceiling walls of glass provide the illusion of floating on the Atlantic Ocean. The 28-story tower, completed in 2016, was developed by Argentine billionaire Eduardo Costantini, who, according to Forbes , bought the five-and-a-half-acre plot in 2012 for $220 million.

Over the years, notable buyers at the Oceana Bal Harbour have included Michel Doukeris, the CEO of Anheuser-Busch InBev, who purchased a unit in the south tower in 2016 for $6.9 million. He offloaded the spacious unit in 2022 to Morton Olshan, founder of Olshan Properties, The Real Deal reported . The building has seen its fair share of record-breaking deals, too. Last summer, just days after a unit sold for a whopping $22 million, a Chicago buyer dropped an even heftier $25 million on another unit, making it the tower’s most expensive transaction to date.
