For the past four years, Brett Mahoney has lived in a Los Angeles residence he purchased for $4.75 million from former married Tinseltown stars Chris Pratt and Anna Farris. Now the Powerbook II: Ghost , Empire , and CSI: Miami producer is flipping his Hollywood Hills estate in the Nichols Canyon enclave back up for sale with a nearly $2.8 million jump in price, asking a smidge under $8 million. The listing is held by Billy Rose and Natasha Sizlo of The Agency.

Originally built in the late 1970s and owned for seven years before Mahoney’s tenure by the ex-couple—though they hoisted the place up for sale in 2018 shortly after splitting, only for it to languish on the market the next two years—the premises were recently remodeled by Newfield Design and include four bedrooms and an equal number of baths in roughly 5,000 square feet of living space. There’s also an attached three-car garage flanked by a motorcourt with room for up to 15 vehicles.
