Lake Effect Brewery’s Avondale Taproom Starts Construction After Successful Fundraiser
AVONDALE — Work is kicking off on a long-awaited Northwest Side taproom after a successful fundraising campaign. Lake Effect Brewing raised $115,000 in equity funds last month that will be used to build out its taproom and beer garden at 3076 N. Milwaukee Ave., a project in the works since 2022. Some money will also go towards operational items, such as hiring staff and buying equipment.
