ROBBINSVILLE, NJ - Only two things in life are certain, Founding Father and great Statesman Benjamin Franklin once postulated, death and taxes.

This is certainly true in Robbinsville, where property owners will soon be seeing tax bills arriving, a bit higher than they’ve grown accustomed to. While the municipal portion of the overall tax bill remained flat, as reported by TAPinto Robbinsville , the approval of the Robbinsville School District’s $2.75 million ballot question and an average increase of just under $50 per year at the County level , means overall bills will go up. .

The increased bills, the Township of Robbinsville said in a Facebook post, have nothing to do with the “hard-working” staff in the tax office.

“They have absolutely nothing to do with the actual amount of taxes you pay,” the post continues, asking resident to “be respectful when calling or visiting our municipal offices.”
