Teen Fatally Struck by Vehicle on 175 in SE Dallas

On April 22, 2024, the Traffic Deputies of the Dallas County Sheriff's Office and the Dallas Fire-Rescue team responded to a distress call regarding an important collision on the westbound service road of Highway 175 (also known as CF Hawn Freeway) at the intersection of Beltline Road.

Upon arrival, deputies were informed that a pedestrian had been struck by a vehicle as he walked along the shoulder of the road. They quickly evaluated the situation and assisted.

The pedestrian was a 15-year-old black male, identified as Mulbah Bility. He was transported to Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas Dallas TX where he succumbed to his injuries.

The driver of the SUV, a middle-aged man in a checkered shirt and jeans, appeared visibly shaken but composed as he remained at the scene and cooperated fully with investigators throughout their questioning.
