In a focused effort to curb gun violence across Macon and Middle Georgia, two individuals with previous felony convictions have pleaded guilty to charges of illegal firearm possession as part of the Project Safe Neighborhoods investigations. Macon resident Travis Marcia Davis could be staring down a minimum of 15 years to a life sentence, this being contingent on a court determination of his status as an Armed Career Criminal, while Johnny Grilliot from Calhoun could face up to 15 years curated by the complexities of their prior indiscretions and present conducts, according to a Department of Justice's press release.
