ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The Strong National Museum of Play held a naming ceremony for its new High Adventure Ropes Course in honor of the late Ralph Wilson, whose foundation has given gifts and funding to the museum.

The newly names ropes course is suspended above the museum’s carousel, where adults and kids alike can traverse beams, balance obstacles, and leap off a zip line platform.

Wilson’s wife Mary joined officials to unveil the new name.

“Its perfect, because Ralph believed in exercise,” she said. “Our foundation is very much a part of getting out and exercising and being healthy.”

You can visit the Ralph Wilson Skyline Climb and all the other exhibits at the strong today.
